Qualification Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory, or an equivalent qualification acknowledged by the Central Government. Candidates in their final year or semester may provisionally apply, provided they can present proof of graduation by 30.09.2025. Those with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) need to ensure their completion date is before 30.09.2025. Additionally, candidates with qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant are also eligible.
Salary Details
The starting basic pay is Rs. 48,480 (with 4 advance increments) in the scale of 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 for Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Officials will also receive various allowances including DA, HRA, CCA, PF, and more in line with existing regulations. The estimated CTC at the entry-level in Mumbai is approximately Rs. 20.43 Lacs.
