Delhi Technological University (DTU), established by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, has issued Advertisement No. 04/2026 dated 22.10.2026 for recruitment of 219 Assistant Professor posts (including backlog and a special drive for PwBD) across Applied Sciences, Engineering, Management, Humanities, Design and allied disciplines. PwBD vacancies (17) are horizontal across disciplines as shown in column I of the official vacancy table. DSM = Delhi School of Management; USME = University School of Management & Entrepreneurship (East Campus).

Age Limit
- There is no upper age limit for appointment of Assistant Professor; however, the age of superannuation and other service conditions follow DTU / Govt. of NCT of Delhi rules as stated in the advertisement.
Selection
- Screening on Academic Record, Research Performance and other Scholarly Credentials (Table-1 weightage in the advertisement, maximum 20 points on Academic Record among other components).
- Shortlisting and further stages as notified by DTU; candidates must appear in person at every stage when called.
- Separate online application and fee for each discipline if applying for more than one.

- Fill the online form carefully; no change of category or other fields is allowed after submission.
- Pay the applicable fee online and keep the payment proof and printout of the application.

- Only one online application per post/discipline is allowed; multiple applications for the same post may be rejected.
