Bihar STET 2024 Online Application (Re-Open) Now Available

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has recently reopened the online application process for the Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2023. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to download the official notification and apply through the link provided below.

Age Limit
The age restrictions are as follows (as of August 1, 2023):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years for males
- Maximum Age: 40 years for females
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Bihar STET 2024, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
- Paper 1: Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree. Alternatively, candidates can possess a Master’s degree in Education or a related field along with a B.Ed., or they can have completed a 4-year integrated course in B.B.D./B.Sc B.D.
- Paper 2: A Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and completion of the B.Ed. examination or BA B.Ed/B.Sc B.Ed. Moreover, candidates can have a Master’s degree with a minimum of 45% marks (as per NCTE regulations) along with a B.Ed., or possess a Master's degree with 55% marks and a 3-year B.Ed M.Ed course.

To apply for the Bihar STET 2024, follow these steps:

- Click on the “New Candidate? Register New Candidate” option.
- Fill in your details to sign up and complete your registration.
- Use the registration user ID and password to access your dashboard and fill out the STET application form.
